Recipe By: Mike – Buffalo, New York

Ingredients:
2 – 1 lb. cans of pork & beans
1 small chopped onion
3 celery stalks chopped
4 strips of bacon
1 lb of lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup Buffalo Tom’s Gourmet Hot Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation:

Cook bacon until crisp, pat dry, then crumble and set aside.
Brown the ground beef and drain set aside.
Combine beans with all other ingredients.
Mix well, then add bacon and beef. stir until blended.
Place bean mixture in an oven safe dish and bake for 1 hour at 325° – 350°.
