Ingredients
1 – Pound of Lean Ground Turkey
1 – Each of Green, Red, Yellow & Orange Pepper
2 – Medium Size Yellow or Spanish Onions
1 – Large can 28 oz of Crushed Tomatoes
1 – Large can 28 oz of Diced Tomatoes
2 – 15 oz cans of Light red Kidney Bean
2 – 15 oz cans of chili beans
2 – 15 oz cans of Black Beans
1 tablespoon of Chili Powder (add more to suit Yourself)
4 ounces of Buffalo Tom’s Gourmet Hot Sauce
½ cup of Brown Sugar

Preparation:
Cook Ground Turkey and add 1 OZ of Buffalo Tom’s to it while cooking Strain and place in a covered container in the Fridge.

Cut tops off of Peppers and clean out all seeds and discard them. Remove the stems and dice up the entire pepper or cut them into strips, (whichever you Prefer) Place in a covered container and set on the side.

Dice up the onions and sauteed on Medium Heat in your Chili Pot with a partial covering of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the bottom of the pot. While cooking the onions, add 1 OZ of Buffalo Tom’s and a covering of Brown Sugar on top of the onions and mix it all together.

When onions are in the caramelizing stage, add all the peppers to the pot and once again add 1 OZ of Buffalo Tom’s and a light covering of Brown Sugar on top and mix it all together, reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture has all caramelized together.

While Onions and Peppers are simmering open up all cans of beans except one can of Chili Beans and put them all in a large strainer to be rinsed. The one can of unopened Chili beans will be put in the pot later with it’s sauce.

Now it is time to add your can of diced Tomatoes, along with yes you guessed it your last Oz of Buffalo Tom’s with another (light) covering of Brown Sugar and also at this time add your Tablespoon of Chili powder and mix it all together. Then add your can of crushed tomatoes, your can of chili beans with sauce and your Ground Turkey and mix that all together. Then stir in all beans that have been rinsed in the strainer and mix together. Taste to make sure the sweetness and flavor is where you want it to be and add extra Brown sugar to your Liking.

After you have captured the flavor, simmer the Chili (covered) for a Half Hour to 45 minutes (Stirring occasionally) to make sure it will not burn.

Now you are ready to Eat
