1 Bag of Romaine lettuce
1/4 of red onion thinly sliced
Roma tomatoes sliced in quarters
about 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese..
As much chicken as you want
Flavor is optional:
Sauteed white mushrooms..I saute them in butter and garlic salt, you can add either croutons or tortilla strips and then add whatever other veggie in the salad.
Fry up floured Chicken strips or boneless breast as you would normally. ( the strips are easier to me)
Once the chicken is fried and finger licking good.. Toss them in Buffalo Tom’s Gourmet Hot Sauce lightly ( you can add more if you need more flavor) Place salad on a plate, top that with the chicken then add your favorite Salad dressing.. My choice is Ken’s Blue Cheese Dressing..
